One-on-one personal training
- 30 minute sessions – $45
Personalized Fitness & Exercise Programming
Great for individuals who have some exercise experience and already have a place to train, but looking for a personalized designed program to maximize their results. Each exercise program is designed to match your current fitness level, personal goals, and access to equipment. Each fitness consulting program consists of:
- Initial consultation (to determine your current training level and goals)
- Fitness assessment (to determine exercise programming/progressions/movement patterns)
- 4 week exercise program
- Program walk through (can be done in-person, remotely via phone or Zoom)
- access to personal trainer to answer any questions and provide motivation as you train at home
- Exercise program will be delivered via app
Nutrition Coaching
Each session is personalized towards your nutrition goals, progress, needs and questions. Sessions may cover topics such as overcoming plateaus, meal prep, recipe modifications, or developing mindful eating habits. Resource guides and handouts provided as necessary. Sessions are conducted via phone or Zoom.

- Weekly check-ins/Day to Day Communications
- Access to coach via email or Voxer, Mon-Fri
- Zoom or phone check-in calls 1-3x/month (30mins)
- Check-ins
