Will orthotics help knee, ankle, hip, or low back pain?
Orthotics are prescribed commonly to reduce the forces that contribute to ankle/ knee/ hip or low back pain. Overpronation causes increased stress on the joints and soft-tissues of the lower extremity. A properly designed orthotic can help to reduce these forces.
